What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in managing executive communications, scheduling conflicts, and sensitive business matters.
  • Prepare, analyze, and summarize information, reports, and presentations to support executive decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison on sensitive and confidential operational matters, using judgment to resolve issues and facilitate timely decisions.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, clients, investors, and staff
  • Handle personal scheduling, reservations, errands, and special requests
  • Coordinate personal travel, family logistics, and household-related tasks as needed
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion
  • Assist with event planning, gifting, and personal projects
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives on behalf of the CEO
  • Conduct research and gather information for strategic decision-making
  • Help streamline administrative processes and improve organizational efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and external partner

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or high-net-worth individuals
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Salary Range

72,000 104,000

Work Environment and Physical Demands
