Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.

 

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required

Are you up to the challenge?We apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native and Quantum Physics to solve our customers’ missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar and everything in between.  Our Live Training efforts focus on providing modernized training solutions to support both Force on Force and Force on Target training with system offerings as well as edge device products enabling combined arms training.   Utilizing your strong team building skills, you’ll use proposal plans and strategies to lead a team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive, integrated program/product, subcontractor, and material plans and business plans that achieve overall current and long-term objectives of the program/product, business unit, and division. We’ll rely on the Senior Program Manager to identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major program roles, lead the establishment of and sets integrated WBS-based budget and schedule baselines including management reserve for advanced development programs/products or major subcontracts where the scope is not well defined and there is significant possibility for change. You’ll monitor work accomplished to baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion is sufficient to meet program/product schedules, develops corrective actions, and communicate issues, impacts and corrective actions to program teams and balance programs, risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
  • Substantial knowledge of products and technologies including current and potential applications
  • Ability to establish and assure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
  • Ability to lead others in team building, conflict resolution, motivation, and leadership
  • Ability to monitor and manage cross functional teams executing product development and manufacturing efforts

Salary Note

This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.

Combined Salary Range

USD $203,851.00 - USD $220,574.00 /Yr.
