Are you a friendly and customer-oriented individual with a passion for retail? Join our team as a Gift Shop Attendant and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Gift Shop Attendant, you will be the face of our gift shop, providing exceptional service, showcasing a variety of products, and assisting guests in finding the perfect mementos of their stay. Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and sales skills to contribute to our success and help create lasting memories for our guests. Wage $17.13 per hour + tips.

Summary:

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing outstanding customer service
• Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked gift shop
• Assist guests in finding and selecting products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations and information about products
• Keep track of inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the gift shop
• Promote special offers and promotions to enhance sales

Qualifications

• WA State Food Handler's Card
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and handle cash transactions
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
• Knowledge of merchandise presentation and display
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
