Responsibilities

• Research, produce, and deliver written reports and multimedia briefings to senior decision-makers
• Support special projects and integration efforts across Army and defense intelligence enterprises
• Coordinate cross-community meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements
• Manage personnel, requirements, and project workflows
• Apply enterprise data integration, governance, metrics, metadata management, and data modeling to GEOINT production
• Synthesize large volumes of information into clear, decision-ready intelligence products
• Support the full intelligence cycle: collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:   

• Active TS/SCI clearance required

Education + Experience (one of the following):

• MA/MS in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field + 6 years current GEOINT analysis experience, OR
• BA/BS in same fields + 10 years intelligence analysis experience, including 8 years current GEOINT analysis, OR
• HS diploma/GED + specialized training + 15 years intelligence analysis experience, including 10 years current GEOINT analysis

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of Army structure and defense-level intelligence operations (collection, fusion, analysis, production, dissemination)
• Experience with enterprise data integration, governance, metrics, metadata management, and data modeling/design
• Expert ability to research, develop, and deliver professional briefings, multimedia presentations, and written reports
• Extensive experience supporting senior stakeholder decision-making with written products and briefings
• Strong tradecraft and publication experience

Collaboration

• Expert ability to manage personnel, requirements, and project coordination
• Excellent written and oral communication, research, and analytic skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports

Desired Qualifications:  

• Prior experience supporting Army intelligence or NSG/IC enterprise programs
• Experience leading integration efforts across multiple intelligence disciplines or stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with GEOINT databases, production systems, and dissemination platforms
• Track record briefing flag/GO/SES-level audiences
• PMP or equivalent project management credential
