Responsibilities

The Guest Service Response Attendant will be responsible for providing courteous and competent services to ensure all guest request deliveries are provided in a timely and efficient manner.

  Examples of Duties, includes but is not limited to the following:  1.         Perform and maintain inventories of guest amenities as required.2.         Deliver items to guest rooms in a timely and courteous manner3.         Record all requests on tracking sheet4.         Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem solving skills.
• Flexibility in schedule to work AM, PM and O/N shift.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests. 
• Bilingual highly desireable.
