What You'll Do:
Β
Assist residential clients with daily needs, as requested. Answer crisis calls and help callers connect to necessary services. Complete initial intakes and orient new clients to the shelter. Assist clients when exiting the shelter. Assist with record keeping and data entry.Β Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent One (1) year of customer service experience Prior experience working with a diverse population. Experience working with domestic violence survivors is a plus but not required.
