About this role

Invity is a MiCA-licensed Bitcoin app built on the technological foundation of SatoshiLabs and Trezor. We have over 30,000 registered users. This role is critical โ˜๏ธ without it, users slip through the app before they ever understand its value. We're looking for someone to own the entire lifecycle from first install to long-term investor.

You report directly to the CEO.

๐Ÿ‘‰ What you'll do

Retention (80 %)

  • Design and launch onboarding sequences

  • Build user segmentation based on behaviour

  • Own and optimise the CRM tool (we use Braze)

  • Set up A/B tests and iterate based on data

  • Build win-back campaigns for churned users

  • Track metrics and report to the CEO weekly

  • Be creative and propose ideas for promotions for activations

Data, analytics & product collaboration (20 %)

  • Own the retention dashboard

  • Identify segments with the highest churn risk and propose concrete interventions

  • Be the voice of the user in product discussions

  • Work closely with product on the onboarding flow

  • Participate in sprint reviews and bring retention and engagement data to product prioritisation decisions

๐Ÿ’ช About you

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM or a retention role

  • Proven hands-on experience with a CRM tool (Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo or similar)

  • Analytical thinking = you can read data, identify a problem and propose a solution

  • Ability to write clearly and persuasively in English

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience with Braze

  • Background in fintech, crypto or subscription app environment

  • SQL at the level of independent analyses (cohorts, retention, funnel)

  • Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel or a similar product analytics tool
