We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Director of Rehabilitation (ADOR) to provide leadership and clinical support across two Skilled Nursing Facilities located in the Fox Chase and Meadowbrook areas of Northeast Philadelphia. This unique dual-site opportunity is ideal for a motivated therapy professional looking to grow their leadership career while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes, team development, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
As the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation, you will partner with facility leadership and the Director of Rehabilitation to ensure exceptional therapy services are delivered across both locations.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with the planning, organization, and direction of rehabilitation services at both facilities
- Supporting day-to-day therapy department operations and staff management
- Helping ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Promoting clinical excellence and positive patient outcomes
- Assisting with scheduling, productivity monitoring, and operational performance
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and development of therapy staff
- Building strong relationships with facility leadership, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Championing AdvantageCare Rehabilitation's mission, values, and commitment to quality care
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program
- Current state licensure in the discipline in which you practice
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between both Fox Chase and Meadowbrook locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of therapy experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience
- Strong organizational and team-building abilities
- Experience supporting operational and clinical performance initiatives
