Advantage Hospice is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to help expand our mission of providing compassionate, high-quality hospice care throughout Pennsylvania. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives on developing partnerships, mentoring teams, and creating innovative growth strategies that make a meaningful impact on patients and families.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Hospice Account Executives and business development professionals• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive growth and exceed goals• Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources• Identify new market opportunities and growth initiatives• Maintain a personal sales portfolio while providing leadership and mentorship to the team• Conduct field rides, coaching sessions, and team development activities• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to ensure exceptional service and outcomes• Utilize market data and CRM tools to drive performance and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)• Proven success in healthcare sales leadership, preferably in hospice or post-acute care• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills• Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
