The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a GTM Sourcer to help us identify and engage exceptional talent across our Go-To-Market organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves the craft of talent discovery, and knows how to creatively connect with high-caliber candidates before they’re actively looking.

You’ll partner closely with Recruiting and hiring leaders to shape talent pipelines across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other business functions as we scale.

We care a lot about building a strong in person culture, and we’re very much in build mode. We expect the team to be in our SF office five days a week — that’s important to how we operate and scale right now.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and execute sourcing strategies across GTM functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Customer Experience

  • Identify and engage high-potential candidates through outbound sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and creative talent research

  • Develop deep understanding of hiring priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and evolving organizational needs

  • Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines while maintaining high quality and candidate experience standards

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate talent markets and refine sourcing strategies

  • Maintain accurate candidate tracking and documentation within Ashby

  • Share ongoing market insights, pipeline trends, and talent observations with the broader recruiting team

  • Continuously improve sourcing workflows, messaging, and operational efficiency as we scale

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience within high-growth startups or fast-paced technology environments

  • Experience supporting GTM hiring across functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Operations

  • Strong outbound sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities

  • Ability to assess talent thoughtfully and communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and pipeline management

  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities evolve

  • Familiarity with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platforms

  • Strong sense of ownership and urgency with a bias toward action
