Overview
The New York, NY office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an attorney to join our growing No fault Insurance Personal Injury Protection (PIP) defense litigation team.
The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) to seven (7) years of No-Fault PIP defense litigation experience. Qualified candidates will have experience managing a diverse caseload involving no-fault claims, arbitrations, and mediations. This role requires staying current on evolving laws and regulations to ensure effective and compliant defense strategies. The attorney will manage all aspects of PIP/no-fault litigation from case inception to resolution, discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. They will conduct Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and prepare comprehensive reports with a focus on SIU and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) matters. Admission to the New York Bar is required.
