Overview

Marin Community Clinics, founded in 1972, is today, a multi-clinic network with a wide array of integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we provide vital health services to almost 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County. The Clinics regularly receive national awards from the Health Resources and Services Administrations (HRSA). Our Mission is to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all.

Our practice focuses on providing health equity among Marin’s most vulnerable patients through family-centered, trauma-informed clinical care and case management support. We ask applicants to have familiarity or/and knowledge about Latin culture & race-based stress/trauma work.

As the Director, Behavioral Health Fellowship Training, you’ll have a unique opportunity to design and lead a transformative Fellowship Program that directly impacts the lives of Latinx communities. You’ll guide Behavioral Health Fellows, supervise junior practitioners, and partner with our Clinical Programs Director to ensure the curriculum aligns with the latest evidence-based practices.

In this role, you’ll empower Fellows to make a lasting impact while building a pipeline of clinicians who reflect and understand the communities we serve. If you’re passionate about shaping future leaders in behavioral health and thrive in a dynamic, supportive environment, this is the opportunity for you.

  • Build Strong Teams: Manage a team of Behavioral Health professionals, including the Clinical Supervisor and junior practitioners, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

  • Recruit & Onboard: Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract top talent, participate in interviews, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
