Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate

Kaufman Dolowich LLP is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Associate to join our Woodbury, Long Island team. The ideal candidate will have a least 2+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate insurance coverage cases as part of team, including conducting court appearances, depositions, and motion practice  
• Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights and disclaimers
• Communicate directly with clients, providing proactive timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000
