Salary range: $58,487 - $69,780/ year *Based on experience, and education
Schedule: Mon - Thurs 10hrs shift
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
- Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
- Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
- Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
- Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
- Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Licensure required: Must have an active, independent OH LCSW
- Licensure preferred: New Mexico LCSW
- Experience: 2+ years of experience leading groups in a substance use treatment setting.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable with EMRs, telehealth platforms, and Google Workspace.
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.
- Ability to work some evening hours to support member schedules.
