What you will do:
As a Customer Support Specialist at Sensorfact, you play an important role in providing a smooth support experience for our customers. You help them resolve commercial and technical questions while delivering excellent service. You work closely with internal teams to achieve an optimal customer experience. Your responsibilities include:
Providing high-quality, hands-on customer support: you ensure customer satisfaction and deliver fast, effective, and efficient support
Handling escalated customer cases and ensuring they remain within agreed resolution times, for example by ensuring that calls are answered
Serving as the first point of contact for incoming questions and escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders (such as Customer Success Management, Consultancy, Development, etc.)
Analyzing recurring questions to improve the Customer Support strategy. You not only identify solutions but also ensure correct implementation
Sharing ideas and initiatives to improve standard work processes
What you bring:
Relevant customer-oriented experience (customer support/success, sales, hospitality) or a strong motivation to learn this
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Technical Bachelor’s degree; technical Master’s preferred
Strong communication skills to build customer relationships
A growth mindset: you love continuous improvement and enjoy working in a scale-up environment
You are results-oriented and take initiative
