Responsibilities

- Ensure the release process is documented, standardized, and that all engineers are trained on it.
- Improve overall application health through proactive monitoring, observability, and AI-driven diagnostics.
- Enhance communication processes across engineering and operations teams.
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s and biannual performance reviews to support career growth.
- Prioritize technical debt, system upgrades, and modernization initiatives (including migration to .NET Core and AI-powered solutions).
- Provide architectural guidance on scalable, secure, and cloud-native systems.
- Collaborate with product and business leaders to align engineering strategies with organizational objectives.
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible AI adoption.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in .NET frameworks, cloud-native architectures, and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience managing release processes, monitoring systems, and application health.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to balance technical oversight with strategic priorities.
