Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Events teams at the various Internova divisions. They will develop and distribute reporting, dashboards, and tools; mainly using SmartSheet but also PowerBI and Excel. They will also act as the main point of contact for all Smartsheet related issues across Internova.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, configure, and maintain Smartsheets, reports, dashboards, and workflows to support marketing, events, invoicing, and tactic tracking (e.g., weekly emails, direct mail, social tactics). • Collaborate with the VP of Partner Marketing, Billing Specialist, and accounting team to streamline and improve accounting-related processes. • Oversee connections between multiple sheets using Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, and advanced formulas for accurate and efficient data flow. • Develop and manage Dynamic Views for Events and Marketing, ensuring appropriate access for internal stakeholders. • Integrate Smartsheet with other platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation tools, or accounting systems, and other internal programs) for seamless data flow. • Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into marketing and event performance, pulling from multiple sheets for different business units as needed. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Smartsheet usage across teams. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Smartsheet environments. • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve efficiency. • Provide training sessions and documentation for team members to maximize Smartsheet adoption. • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting Smartsheet-related issues. • Other duties as assigned

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

Proficiency in Smartsheet features such as Data Shuttle, Data Mesh, Control Center, Dynamic View, and advanced formulas. • Strong project management and organizational skills. • Experience with Smartsheet administration and advanced functionality. • Familiarity with marketing workflows and financial processes is a plus. • Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools required; PowerBI is a plus • 3+ years post-college marketing experience • Self-motivated with the strong initiative to work independently • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment • Strong attention to detail • Effective communication and/or sales skills with a variety of audiences • Team Player • Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing, database and spreadsheet software • Experience in the travel and/or tourism industry a plus

The salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a range based on the local market where the candidate would be working.  Many factors, such as years of experience, budget etc. are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. 

 

This role may be eligible for an incentive, commission, bonus, or a discretionary bonus program based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance.
