Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy staff at a designated site and/or department.

  • Perform regular staff pharmacist duties.

  • Oversee workflow coordination to ensure safe, efficient, and timely medication distribution.

  • Act as a point person for problem-solving and issue resolution within the department.

  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and operational continuity.

  • May be designated as the Pharmacist in charge.

Qualifications

Education: 

  • As required by licensure.

Licensure

  • Current Registered Pharmacist License (Rph) for applicable state required. 
  • ACLS and/or PALS required within three months of hire.

Pay Range

USD $87.34 - USD $101.31 /Hr.
