Responsibilities & Skills

We are looking for an Agentic AI Application Engineer to help modernize, scale, and simplify our next‑generation software tools and product enablement offerings. This role sits at the intersection of AI/Agentic systems, automation, and practical software engineering.

The ideal candidate loves simplifying complex problems, building useful, production‑ready AI automation, and applying agentic AI techniques to real engineering and customer workflows—not research prototypes.You will design and implement AI‑powered agents, copilots, and automation pipelines that improve developer productivity, customer enablement, internal tooling, and system scalability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation.

• Design and implement agentic AI systems (single‑ and multi‑agent) to automate:

1) Software workflows.

2) Product enablement processes.

3) Configuration, validation, and analysis tasks.

• Translate ambiguous user or business problems into structured agent workflows.

• Build AI agents that:

1) Plan, reason, act, and iterate.

2) Use tools (APIs, CLIs, databases, simulators).

3) Generate actionable results, not just text.

 

Specific job skill requirements

• Experience in AI/MI, Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), Agent orchestration, etc.

• Experience in FPGA development is highly desirable.

 

General requirements:

• BS/MS in EE, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in one or more languages such as Python.

• Familiarity with AI/ML application development, including LLM-based applications, workflow orchestration, prompt-driven systems, or model integration.

• Knowledge of software quality practices including testing, CI/CD, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal required.

• Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
