The Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant is responsible for managing the company’s customer billing, collections, and receivables processes. The role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, monitors outstanding accounts, reconciles customer payments, and maintains updated AR records. The AR Accountant works closely with customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues, supports month end closing activities, and helps maintain strong cash flow through effective credit and collection management. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze and reconcile financial data.

Responsibilities & Skills

• Prepare and issue manual invoices accurately and on time.
• Will handle the calculation and analysis of Sales Representative commissions
• Point of contact on customer inquiry and resolution
• Handle forecasting of Sales Representative Commission,
• Will do month end close, journal entries and reporting including recompilations
• Monitoring of Customer Aging and reconciliations
• Maintain proper documentation of manual invoices and credit memo
• Responsible to SOX and compliance related to commission and customers
