Responsibilities & Skills

Accountabilities:

• Hands-on experience to Compute (HPC) Cluster management and scheduling

software i.e. LSF (Load Sharing Facility, from IBM/Platform Computing).

• Public multi-cloud and private cloud administration
• Hands-on experience on ETX, VNC or EOD display solution
• HW revision control and release tool management
• Compute, Storage, Licenses, Archive, Disaster recovery, Remote Desktop
• Innovate around GenAI applications and productivity automation.
• Adopt best-in-class methodologies and improve Lattice's capabilities where needed.
• Develop strong relationships with worldwide teams.
• Mentor and develop strong partners, colleagues, and employees.
• Occasional travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer systems degree, or equivalent
• 10+ years of overall experience in infrastructure with 7+ years of specific technical experience
• Proficient in one or more programming languages like tcl, perl, or python. Tcl strongly preferred.
• Independent worker with demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work with multiple groups across different sites and time zones.
