Responsibilities & Skills

Responsibilities: 

• Define feature requirements for new products and tools required to ensure excellent customer experience and achieve business objectives
• Prioritize product and tool features and investment with input from stakeholders & based on market needs
• Drive implementation of features with cross-functional development teams including MRD/PRD reviews.
• Define and drive new product go-to-market activities including messaging, promotion plan and competitive analysis
• Partner with and enable sales to achieve product business results and customer success
• Gather, analyze and incorporate customer feedback into product planning roadmap
• Track and analyze progress to customer usability and adoption targets

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience in engineering, applications or technical marketing/product planning
• Strong technical knowledge of FPGA products, tools and applications
• Deep knowledge of how customers use and develop for FPGAs
• Experience developing or consuming marketing requirement documents or product requirements documents
• B.S. EE, Comp E or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset in all aspects of the job
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work effectively across organizational and geographic boundaries
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately and deliver results against business objectives
