Immanuel Pathways PACE® is seeking a dependable and flexible On-Call (As-Needed) Driver to join our team at Pathways Omaha (5755 Sorensen Parkway, Omaha, NE 68152). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys serving others, values meaningful connections, and is looking for a flexible schedule without full-time commitment.

As an on-call team member, you’ll step in to provide transportation support as needed—helping ensure our participants receive safe, reliable service when it matters most.

Schedule:

• On-call/as-needed based on program needs
• Typical hours fall between Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends required

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a DOT physical

Pay:

• Up to $23.36/hour, based on experience, certifications, skills, and education

Job Duties & Skills Required

What You Will Do

Provide safe and timely transportation of Immanuel Pathways participants, under the supervision of the Transportation Supervisor.  In addition to transporting participants, the primary responsibilities of this job also include the Driver to transport meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, and any other items deemed necessary.  The Driver is responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of the vehicle assigned on a daily basis.  Responsible for communicating any safety issue to the Transportation Supervisor. Be capable of, and experienced in, transporting individuals with special mobility needs.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Must be 21 years of age.

Valid Driver’s license is required. 

In Iowa, Chaueffeur's license will be required prior to hire.CDL certificate may be required depending on location.CNA certificate may be required depending on location. Must be able to successfully pass a DOT Medical Exam and obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.Hiring is contingent on successfully passing a DOT Medial Exam and obtaining DOT Medial Examiner’s Certificate.
