Junior Services Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Services Engineer based out of our European headquarters in Belgrade.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our existing computer and network setups

• Administrate and support all existing software and hardware, including Apple devices, Okta, Kanji, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira

• Troubleshoot and effectively support and resolve user issues

• Diagnose and resolve of hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise

• Own and take action on the Joiner-Mover-Leaver Process – lifecycle view (onboarding, changes, offboarding)

• Monitor and maintain IT compliance, ensuring policies and controls are properly implemented and followed

• Security maintenance and assistance with performing security audits

• Document processes for users and administrators, including creating guides tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Keep up-to-date on new technologies and security risks

• Assist with implementing system and process improvements

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of information technology, including networking and computer systems

• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise software, laptops, and peripherals

• Experience with macOS and Apple ecosystem

• Experience with IAM and MDM tools

• Able to interact and communicate effectively with both technical and business team members

• 1-3 years of experience in similar positions

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Nice to have

• Relevant Degree in Information Systems or Information Technology

• Familiarity with Jira Service Management

• Experience with No-code automaton tools such as Zapier, n8n or similar

• Experience with setup and maintenance of the conference room hardware
