Responsibilities

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Verantwortung der operativen und strategischen technischen Objektbetreuung
  • Koordination und Steuerung größerer Mieterausbauten, Umbauten sowie Renovierungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Budgeterstellung und -planung von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Ausschreibung, Verhandlung und Erstellung von immobilienbezogenen Verträgen (z.B. Dienstleistungs-, Bau- und Mietverträge)
  • Steuerung von Property bzw. Facility Managern und weiteren externen Dienstleistern (bspw. Architekten)
  • Optimierung des Gebäudebetriebs (insbesondere unter anlagenspezifischen & nachhaltigen Gesichtspunkten)
  • Kontrolle von operativen Projektprozessen im Hinblick auf Kosten, Termine und Qualität

Qualifications

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • Abgeschlossenes (ingenieur-) technisches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Gebäudebetrieb, Facility Management, Bauwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) im Bereich des technischen Asset- und/oder Property Managements
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse aller gängigen MS Office Produkte sowie AutoCAD
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Hands-on Mentalität
  • Eigeninitiative und Organisationsstärke
  • Eigenständiges Setzen von Prioritäten und Verantwortung übernehmen
