Responsibilities

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Eigenverantwortliche ganzheitliche Betreuung gewerblicher Immobilien unterschiedlicher Nutzungsarten mit dem Fokus auf Büro-und Einzelhandel
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des Vermietungsmanagements
  • Vertragsmanagement, insbesondere bei Miet-, Dienstleistungs-und Wartungsverträgen
  • Entwicklung von Marketingstrategien und -maßnahmen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Objekt-strategien mit dem Fokus auf Wertsteigerungs-möglichkeiten
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Dienstleistern (u.a. Property Management, Facility Management)
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung der Objektbudgets und -fortschreibung, Überwachung der laufenden CashFlows, Immobilien KPIs,
  • Erstellung von Businessplänen
  • Übernahme von neuen Objekten aus der Akquisition / Projektentwicklung in das Bestandsmanagement
  • Begleitung und Durchführung von Objektverkäufen
  • Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen in Deutsch und Englisch für den Gebäudeeigentümer

Qualifications

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

  • Hochschulabschluss aus dem Bereich der BWL / VWL, bzw. Abschluss in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder Ähnliches
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Asset- und / oder Property Management
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse der gängigen MS Office-Produkte
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftHohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie strukturierte und detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
