Part-time Position
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to multi-task and work politely with senior residents
- Experience working with multiple tools, troubleshoot problems.
- Timely completion of turning rooms
- Handling minor repairs particularly relating to the repair of bathroom and kitchen equipment, changing light bulbs, and general maintenance.
- Providing assistance with miscellaneous tasks related to the visual appearance and upkeep of the property
- Keep the Maintenance Supervisor informed of any maintenance issues or occurrences and to seek guidance and support from the supervisor but must be able to perform duties under minimal supervision

- Traveling a distance is possible, requiring an overnight stay
