What's the role?

 

We are seeking a proactive Partner Account Manager create strategic relationships with Solution Partners (ISVs, VARs, System Integrators) across fast‑evolving enterprise markets in the 3 regions: Central, Eastern & South‑Eastern Europe | Türkiye | North & West Africa.

 

This high‑impact role is responsible for expanding HERE’s presence in the region, strengthening partner engagement, and driving sustainable revenue growth through the HERE Platform and Data.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own the full lifecycle of partner relationships, including identification, onboarding, enablement, and long‑term growth
  • Drive revenue by selling HERE’s full Platform and Data portfolio through, with, and to strategic partners
  • Cultivate executive‑level relationships within partner organizations to ensure strategic alignment and joint go‑to‑market success
  • Collaborate closely with regional sales, technical, and product teams to design and execute scalable partner strategies
  • Promote joint solution development for industries such as transportation & logistics, smart cities, supply chain, and mobility services
  • Manage partner pipeline and activities via Salesforce and internal tools, ensuring data accuracy and forecasting transparency
  • Lead initiatives aligned with HERE’s long‑term vision to create data‑driven value for partners and end users

The role is based in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Eindhoven) and requires close collaboration with partners and stakeholders across EMEA

 

 

You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in complex SaaS, PaaS, or software environments serving large enterprises or government customers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality — comfortable creating opportunities in fast-evolving markets
  • Experience working with solution partners or partner‑led sales models (a plus, not a must).
  • Demonstrated experience with location technologies, such as digital mapping, geospatial data, navigation, spatial analytics, or location‑based services, gained through partner, platform, or solution‑driven environments.
  • 3+ years in transport, logistics, supply chain visibility, last‑mile delivery, or TMS environments.
  • A strong understanding of any of 3 targetted regions is a must, including exposure to government‑driven digital transformation.
  • The ability to create ROI‑driven proposals and communicate strategic value to C‑level stakeholders.
  • A track record of closing large enterprise deals (€500k+) across both technical and commercial decision‑makers.
  • Experience leading cross‑functional virtual teams, driving collaboration, and delivering results in high‑pressure situations.
  • A self‑starter attitude and you are someone who prioritizes effectively and takes ownership in dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in English is required. 1 or more additional language for the region is considered as a plus
  • Strong command of Salesforce (SFDC), Microsoft Office, and modern sales methodologies.
