About the Team and Role

Instagram is one of our core channels for attracting top talent. Not boosted posts — real paid campaigns, real audiences, real growth.

We're looking for a part-time Paid Social Specialist to own the paid side of @solidgate_tech: build ad sets from scratch, test audiences relentlessly, and turn Instagram into a channel that actually fills our talent pipeline


What you’ll be driving

  • Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Instagram to grow followers and brand awareness

  • Build and test ad sets across different audiences: lookalike, interest-based, retargeting

  • Run creative experiments — test hypotheses on audiences, copy, and visuals

  • Track core metrics: CPF (cost per follower), reach, engagement rate, CTR)

You’re a great fit if you have:

  • You have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager — campaigns, audiences, A/B tests

  • You understand the full funnel: from impression to follow to application

  • You read the data and act on it — not just report it

  • You don't need hand-holding: we give you the goal, you figure out the way
