Este profesional se encarga de diseñar, programar y mantener sistemas de control que permiten el funcionamiento eficiente de maquinaria y procesos industriales. Aquí encontrarás una descripción detallada de sus responsabilidades y habilidades técnicas:

 

Como Programador PLC en Automatización Industrial, serás parte integral del equipo encargado de optimizar procesos industriales a través de la automatización. Tu labor consistirá en diseñar, programar, mantener y resolver problemas en sistemas de control basados en PLC, HMI, SCADA, variadores de velocidad, redes industriales y otros componentes relacionados.

Tareas​

Operativas

  • Gestionar mejoras en los procesos.

  • Participar en la etapa de diseño del automatismo y de la ingeniería

  • Colaborar con el área en la definición de objetivos

  • Mantener comunicación fluida y constante por diferentes medios con todos los actores involucrados en cada proyecto con un excelente trato interpersonal.

Técnicas

  • Resolver fallas de PLC / HMI´s

  • Estar en un tablero interpretando planos y siguiendo un problema para resolverlo.

  • Soporte para la ejecución de los planos eléctricos de los proyectos

 

Programación

  • Programación de PLC en proyectos de cero y para asistencias técnicas

  • Resolver fallas de PLC

  • Instalación y reparación de tableros con PLC.

 

Requirements

  • Experiencia en programación de PLC y HMI

  • Conocimientos en SCADA. (Deseables)

  • Capacidad para identificar y resolver problemas en sistemas de automatización, incluyendo PLC y equipos relacionados.

  • Experiencia en la interpretación de planos

  • Familiaridad con instrumentación y sensores utilizados en entornos industriales.

  • Conocimientos básicos de industria 4.0, como: Javascript, NodeRed, MQTT, OPC UA (Deseable)
