Contracts Specialist

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Specialist / Legal Counsel to strengthen our team with more senior-level talent. This role is focused on elevating the quality of contract management and negotiation, with an emphasis on complex, client-facing engagements across international contexts.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in English
• Conduct detailed contract analysis and provide risk-based recommendations
• Lead redlining processes and manage contract revisions with internal and external stakeholders
• Engage directly with clients in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and business teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across jurisdictions

Required Skills/Abilities

• Contract drafting
• Ability to read and understand highly complex contractual language to identify and flag client risks and suggest mitigation as per the client’s playbook.
• Proficient in speaking and writing English.
• Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to articulate issues sophisticatedly to clients.
• Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office.

Education and Experience

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in similar roles
• Experience within multinational companies
• Experience in Manufacturing or Healthcare industries
