Hospitality/Catering Coordinator

Overview

IST Management is seeking our next Catering/Hospitality Coordinator to join the Boston team at an incredible Seaport District location!  The Catering/Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for supporting Corporate Catering and Hospitality Services, in addition to other support services on-site daily.  Our staff work in a high paced environment, setting up and breaking down breakfast and lunch meetings, as well as other events hroughoutt the day.  Ideal candidates will have prior experience in catering or hospitality, are willing to train, possess a level of professionalism, and are ready to grow in their office services career!

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility for additional attendance pending workloads.  The abillity to come in early on days where early morning events are planned is a requirement.

Location: Boston (Seaport District)

Compensation: $22-$23/HR, w/OT available

Responsibilities

The Service Specialist will be responsible performing business support services, mail, copy, print, and hospitality services, shipping and receiving, conference room services, reception, and administrative support. Additional responsibilities include: 

• Mailroom activities
• Ensures the coordinated delivery of copy and print services
• Tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and legal US authorization to work for any employer
• Competency in performing multiple functional tasks; capable of lifting up to 55 pounds
• MS Office Suite skills; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
