As a senior team member, you will provide mentorship and guidance to Specialists and Senior Specialists, assist with onboarding and training, and contribute to ongoing professional development efforts. You will also support operational excellence initiatives, help maintain departmental procedures and training materials, serve as an escalation point for complex issues, and act as a deputy to the Litigation Docketing Manager as needed to ensure continuity and service excellence.
