Overview

Position:  Business Development Coordinator

Pay:  Up to $23/hr d.o.e. plus competitive bonus and benefits

Location:  On-site Skokie, IL & Work Schedule Monday - Friday with after standard hours & weekend work may be required as needed

Position Summary:  

New American Funding is seeking a motivated and personable Business Development Coordinator to partner directly with a high-producing mortgage professional on the North Shore. This full-time on-site position is designed for a relationship-driven, organized, and tech-forward individual who is ready to play a pivotal role in scaling a high-growth mortgage business.

If you are outgoing, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team. Mortgage experience is not required — we train for talent.

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

Relationship Nurturing Build and deepen connections with an established network of elite local real estate agents on the North Shore. Proactively source and develop new referral relationships to expand the business pipeline.

Workflow Management Handle incoming referrals, maintain an organized pipeline, and ensure a seamless, white-glove client experience from first contact through closing.

Digital Branding Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms to keep the brand top-of-mind with referral partners and prospective clients.

Tech Optimization Leverage AI tools, automation software, and CRM systems to streamline daily communications and improve overall workflow efficiency.
