Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing
At MPower, you're not just talking about renewable energy—you'r helping homeowners across Pittsburgh, Cranberry Township, Washington PA, Bethel Park, Canonsburg, Monroeville, and surrounding communities make confident, informed decisions about their energy.
- Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about renewable energy
- Guide customers through a streamlined enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
- Explain the benefits clearly so customers understand the value for their home and community
- Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
- Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets
- Grow into leadership as your results speak for themselves
Qualifications

- Weekly Earnings: $700–$900/week (base + commissions)
- Top performers: $55,000–$75,000+ annually
- Weekly pay
- Performance bonuses
- Paid training—no experience required; we build you from day one
- Fast Promotions—advance to Team Leader in 15–90 days, all the way to Manager

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
- Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and a drive for success
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM (Weekends optional)
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- 3–10 years of sales, customer service, or field experience? You're already ahead—we'll take what you know and help you earn more than you ever have
