You’ll sit at the intersection of operations and strategy. Your job is to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize operational data so leaders can act on it. This isn’t a reporting factory role. It’s about spotting trends, finding root causes, and helping the business improve productivity, quality, and cost.You’ll be close to the operation, involved in reviews, scorecards, and improvement discussions—and yes, your insights will be expected to influence decisions.

Key Responsibilities
You’ll:- Collect and consolidate data from production, inventory, demand, scrap, spare parts, consumables, and andon systems
- Standardize and centralize operational data for consistent reporting
- Design and build dashboards (mainly in Power BI) that people actually use
- Validate, challenge, and protect data quality and integrity
- Analyze trends, deviations, and performance gaps—and explain the “why” behind them
- Identify root causes of operational issues using data, not guesswork
- Generate actionable insights that improve efficiency, reduce scrap, and lower cost
- Automate recurring reports and analyses to save time and headaches
- Support operational routines like DGA meetings, scorecards, and performance reviews
- Contribute to continuous improvement (OPEX) initiatives with solid data analysis
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
You’ll likely have:- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Math, Business, or similar
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong Power BI skills (modeling, visuals, measures—not just drag and drop)
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, messy datasets
- A good grasp of data modeling and basic statistics
- The confidence to question numbers and push back when something doesn’t look right
- Clear communication skills—you can explain insights without hiding behind jargon
- A practical, results-focused mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial or operational processes
- Exposure to continuous improvement or OPEX environments
- Some programming or automation experience
