Project Controls Lead - Life Sciences

The Opportunity

In this role you will: 

• Foster top performance and growth for your direct reports and project teams via excellent mentorship and leadership.
• Cultivate strong relationships with client leads and project teams.
• Effectively manage and monitor project schedules and cash flow.
• Oversee the capital planning / budget approval process in accordance with Linesight and client procedures.
• Prepare owner estimates and lead estimate review meetings.
• Maintain overview of change management process and review of proposed changes.
• Update key partners with monthly executive and project status reports, project schedule updates, cost reports, cashflow forecast and project risks.
• Become familiar with and comply with Linesight and Owner process and procedures relevant to the project(s).
• Assess engineer and contractor bids, change notices and costs to ensure best value for clients.
• Support Owner team in management of risks.

• Are skilled at distilling project data into concise updates enabling rapid and informed decisions.
• Have successfully performed project controls roles including cost control, scheduling and estimating.
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a construction related discipline.
• Have a passion for building your global team and developing and encouraging your employees.
