Lorien Bel Air is looking to hire a Maintenance Tech and a Painter to join our dedicated team. In this role, you’ll support and complete project work throughout the community, helping us maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for our residents, families, and staff.

Pay Rate

$18 - $20 per hour

• PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick time (rollover available)

Responsibilities

• Perform painting, patching, and finishing work on walls, doors, and other surfaces.

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repair tasks as assigned.

• Support project work and improvements throughout the building and grounds.

• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept safe, clean, and organized.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Previous painting or maintenance experience required.

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and general repair practices.

Schedule & Availability

• Full- Time and Part-Time
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and 8:00- 4:30 PM 
• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)
