Overview

Lorien Mount Airy is seeking a Porter / Floor Technician to join our Environmental Services team. In this vital role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Your work directly supports the comfort, safety, and quality of life of those who call Lorien home.

Compensation

• Starting at $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide daily floor care services
• Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
• Gather and take out garbage
• Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
• Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
• Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
• Trash collection

Qualifications

• Full Time, Part-Time 
• Schedule: 7a-3:30p
• Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
