Summary:The IT Risk Consulting Senior Consultant supports the execution of IT risk and SOX ITGC engagements. This role involves assessing IT risks, developing mitigation strategies, and advising clients on strengthening their control environments. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute IT risk and SOX ITGC engagements
  • Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps
  • Develop and implement IT risk management frameworks
  • Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risk
  • Collaborate with clients to align solutions with business goals
  • Prepare clear reports and present findings
  • Stay current on IT risk and cybersecurity trends
  • Mentor junior team members

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC preferred or in process of obtaining
  • 3+ years of IT risk, consulting, or related experience in a public accounting or consulting firm preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IT risk frameworks, controls testing, and documentation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and client service skills

Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 + Bonus programs
