We are looking for a strategic and technical Product Manager to lead Mambu’s Credit Card evolution. In this role, you will own the end-to-end roadmap, from MVP to global scale, bridging the gap between high-level business vision and deep technical execution. Working in a 100% remote-first environment, you will solve complex financial challenges and leverage AI-driven insights to ensure Mambu’s lead in the modern credit card management.

We do not offer relocation or sponsorship and are currently hiring only candidates based in The Netherlands.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the Credit Card Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the business outcomes-driven strategy for Mambu's Credit Card suite. You will relentlessly communicate a compelling product vision, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders and leading the product from MVP to full-scale market adoption.
  • Direct Squad Leadership: Act as the primary Product manager for a dedicated engineering squad. You will own the product backlog, prioritize feature development, and work in daily partnership with Engineering Managers to ensure high-quality, timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Authority & Financial Logic: Serve as the subject matter expert for credit card lifecycles. You will translate complex financial rules, including APR, interest accruals, billing cycles, and credit limit logic, into robust API models, General Ledger (G/L) logic, and event-based accounting rules.
  • Bridge Strategy and Execution: Successfully navigate the gap between high-level business goals and deep technical implementation. You will create product requirements specifications, including detailed business rules, flows, and precise calculations.
  • Market & Sales Enablement: Assess global markets to define and execute go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with customers, prospects, and partners to refine product-market fit and create high-impact sales and marketing enablement materials.

What you’ll bring

  • +5 years of relevant experience in Product Management within Banking or Fintech
  • +5 years of relevant experience deeply focused on the Credit Card lifecycle.
  • Banking Environment: Demonstrated ability to define Credit card states, event-driven architecture, and accounting flows (Debit/Credit logic) in a core banking environment.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Track record of managing complex interfaces, from leading remote engineering squads to influencing C-level stakeholders and external partners.
  • AI-Driven Problem Solving: A mindset of active listening and continuous learning. You can distill complex use cases into solutions by leveraging AI capabilities and analytical tools to address customer needs and accelerate product delivery.
  • Execution in Remote Environments: Comfortable operating independently in a 100% distributed, international team, maintaining high velocity and alignment.
  • Analytical Rigor: A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into precise, "bulletproof" product specifications.
  • English Level: Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
