About this role

Overview

Director of Business Development – Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IOM)

📍 Location: Virginia (Must reside in or be willing to relocate)

At MPOWERHealth, our mission is simple: safer surgery for every patient.  We partner with surgeons and hospitals across the country to deliver high quality interoperative neuromonitoring services that support better outcomes when it matters most.

We’re looking for a high-performing Director of Business Development to help accelerate growth in our Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IOM) division. This is not an “order taker” role. We want someone who can open doors, navigate complex hospital and facility environments, build lasting physician relationships, and drive strategic growth in competitive markets.  If you thrive in high-accountability environments, know how to create momentum, and want to be part of a company scaling nationally with an exceptional clinical reputation, this is the opportunity.

🔹 Why Join MPOWERHealth?

This is an opportunity to join a company with strong clinical credibility, national growth momentum, and a leadership team focused on building something differentiated in healthcare services.

You’ll work alongside talented clinicians, operators, and commercial leaders who care deeply about execution, outcomes, and culture. We move fast, expect a lot, and invest in people who can create impact.

If you’re looking for a role where you can materially influence growth, build meaningful relationships, and help shape the future of neuromonitoring services, we’d like to talk.

As Director of Business Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding MPOWERHealth’s reach, driving sales, and strengthening partnerships across the industry. This is your chance to elevate your career while making a real difference in patient care.
