Responsibilities

To help develop and integrate effective internal communications and vehicles to promote employee engagement and the overall integrity of the Prime Healthcare culture; ensures alignment of internal communication with the mission, vision, values, and goals of Prime Healthcare and its family of hospitals. Includes oversight of the company SharePoint and Employee activities and events. Also responsible for performing various administrative and clerical duties for the Marketing Department.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English or related field preferred. High School diploma or Equivalent, required.

2. Prior experience preferred in a health care setting.

3. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Good interpersonal skills, writing, spelling, telephone etiquette, and sensitive interface with general public and employees.

5. Must have prior experience coordinating events.

6. Computer literacy with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.) required.

7. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social media, WordPress, Canva, and website content management systems preferred.

Desert Valley Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $21.00 to $26.92. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
