Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Ensures that the patient is properly introduced to the unit and his/her surroundings within one hour after arrival to unit.
- Reflects the physiological condition and psychological needs of the patient.
- Uses observational and interviewing skills to perform a priority patient assessment every shift.
- Makes rounds and documents patient's status on critical care record at least every two hours.
- Identifies abnormal diagnostic data.
- Utilizes standards of care to anticipate potential patient care problems.
Job Requirements
Required
- Bachelors Of Science Nursing
- 1-3 years Critical Care experience
- 1 year experience as an Acute Care Nurse
- Registered Nurse: CA RN license
- Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
