Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Ensures that the patient is properly introduced to the unit and his/her surroundings within one hour after arrival to unit.
  • Reflects the physiological condition and psychological needs of the patient.
  • Uses observational and interviewing skills to perform a priority patient assessment every shift.
  • Makes rounds and documents patient's status on critical care record at least every two hours.
  • Identifies abnormal diagnostic data.
  • Utilizes standards of care to anticipate potential patient care problems.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Of Science Nursing
  • 1-3 years Critical Care experience
  • 1 year experience as an Acute Care Nurse
  • Registered Nurse: CA RN license
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, within 30 Days
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS, within 30 Days
