About this role

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst with strong expertise in Cisco Systems Meraki solutions to design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-managed networking, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage networks using Cisco Meraki products (MX, MS, MR, MV).

  • Configure and maintain firewalls, VPNs (site-to-site & client VPN), VLANs, and routing.

  • Monitor network performance using the Meraki Dashboard and third-party tools.

  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.

  • Implement network security policies, including IDS/IPS, content filtering, and access control.

  • Manage wireless networks, including SSIDs, RF optimization, and guest access.

  • Perform firmware upgrades, backups, and documentation of network changes.

  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for incident resolution and infrastructure upgrades.

  • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in network administration or analysis.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki cloud-managed solutions.

  • Solid understanding of:

    • TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP

    • VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP basic knowledge)

    • Firewall configuration and VPN technologies

  • Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

  • Familiarity with network security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications such as:

    • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

    • Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS)

  • Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud like AWS/Azure).

  • Knowledge of scripting/automation (Python, APIs).

  • Exposure to SD-WAN concepts.
