Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Cardiology Medical Director, will monitor patients' exercise ability and adjust daily exercise sessions to meet physical and psychosocial aspect of care.  Ensures all maintenance of exercise equipment and inventory.  Monitors par level of supplies.  Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

1. Graduate or currently enrolled in a Masters Program in a field related to Exercise Science or equivalent with skills and experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. 2. 6 months of recent and relevant experience, preferred3. Basic Life Support (BCLS) upon hire and maintained current4. Dysrhythmia Course completion within 30 days of hire5. ACLS preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $38.51 to $42.01. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
