Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying, coordinating and assigning all available staffing resources for clinical units across the system. The Coordinator ensures that all clinical units are adequately staffed according to patient census and acuity by providing continuous monitoring of staff resources utilizing input from computerized scheduling software, requests from individual business units and feedback from administrative recourses.

Qualifications

Education
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 3 years of administrative/staffing/payroll experience/customer service Required
  • Must have experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy Required
  • Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
  • None Required
