Required Hours: Days shift hours with flexible schedule option.
Responsibilities
Supervising shift activities for Respiratory Care. Performs duties to include resourcing, monitoring, scheduling, educating, developing and disciplining personnel while optimizing appropriateness of respiratory care procedures. Provides quality clinical care throughout the hospital.Qualifications
Education- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Preferred
- 2 years of progressive work experience in respiratory care. Required
- Prior Supervisory experience Preferred
- ACLS Has and maintains Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); has and maintains a current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia.Current BLS, ACLS (ALS can be used in place of ACLS), NRP and PALS certifications required. Upon Hire Required
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
