Required Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
Plans, manages and evaluates the programs and staff of the Rehabilitation Services department. Administrative and operational responsibilities include management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, patient/physician and staff satisfaction, change management and any other relevant responsibilities related to this position. Sets and implements departmental goals and objectives, guidelines, policies and procedures relative to the functioning of the department. Ensure compliance with all state, federal and regulatory/accreditation standards.Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Master’s Degree Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years Experienced in related field (physical therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy) required
- 1 year Previous management experience in an equivalent field preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Licensed in one of the three clinical areas is (GA Licensed Physical Therapist, GA Licensed Speech Therapist, GA Licensed Occupational) Upon Hire Required
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
