The Assignment Manager will drive the development and standardization of security policies and programs for safeguarding corporate business operations.
Responsibilities
- Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
- Ensure implemented country policies and procedures are followed at all levels within the security team on site.
- Guarantee all security and safety equipment identified issues are reported on timely basis for immediate corrective actions as per SLA.
- Nurture relationships with other local, state, and central agencies to include police and fire brigade.
- Stay involved in networking and hands-on industry intelligence.
- Communicate and coordinate with all stakeholder involved in the corporate operations.
- Manage the maintenance of electrical security equipment such as CCTV, access control, visitor management system, fire extinguisher, and others.
- Process Invoices and payment follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Call out the emergency services, as requested
- Manage the coordination with security vendors partners.
- Organize and conduct monthly security training sessions to deployed security staff.
- Prepare and share monthly management reports.
- Ensure the night escorting process is being followed as per the client's SOPs.
- Provide support during the executive protection duties and internal and external events.
- All other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with at least six years of similar experience within a supervisory role.
- Able to deliver security awareness training programs.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Able to carry out responsibilities with little supervision.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Attentive to detail and accuracy.
- Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
